All equipment rentals start at OverWater Mission Bay, Hyatt Regency location, at 1590 Quivira Rd. San Diego, CA 92109. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your reservation at our dock to allow time for check-in procedures, any outstanding paperwork and the orientation (NOTE: Parking can be very difficult to find as the street parking is public parking that we have no control over, however there is paid parking available at the hotel). Your rental period will begin promptly at your scheduled start time and you will be expected to return by the scheduled end time. Trip insurance will also allow you to receive a full refund in the event ofva National Weather Service Severe Weather Warning is issued during the time of your scheduled tour, resulting in a cancellation on our end, you will receive a full refund. Additionally, you may cancel your tour for any reason up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled tour for a full refund. Without Trip Insurance, all sales are final with no exceptions. This means there are no refunds, rescheduling, or credits given for any reason. However, if your tour is canceled on our end due to a National Weather Service Severe Weather Warning and you do not have trip insurance, you will receive a credit for a future tour.To purchase trip insurance, simply select the add on "Trip Insurance" during checkout. Please note that for multi-equipment rentals, you will need to select the number of tickets you would like to insure to cover all the tickets. Without trip insurance, there are no refunds given for any reason. However you may receive a credit to reschedule your tour for a future date in the event of a cancellation due to a Severe Weather Warning from the National Weather Service. Further, you may reschedule your future tour under some circumstances if you give us a call at least a week before your scheduled tour.
