Trip insurance will also allow you to receive a full refund in the event of a National Weather Service Severe Weather Warning is issued during the time of your scheduled tour, resulting in a cancellation on our end, you will receive a full refund. Additionally, you may cancel your tour for any reason up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled tour for a full refund.
Without Trip Insurance, all sales are final with no exceptions. This means there are no refunds, rescheduling, or credits given for any reason. However, if your tour is canceled on our end due to a National Weather Service Severe Weather Warning and you do not have trip insurance, you will receive a credit for a future tour.
To purchase trip insurance, simply select the add on "Trip Insurance" during checkout. Please note that for multi-equipment rentals, you will need to select the number of tickets you would like to insure to cover all the tickets.

However you may receive a credit to reschedule your tour for a future date in the event of a cancellation due to a Severe Weather Warning from the National Weather Service. Further, you may reschedule your future tour under some circumstances if you give us a call at least a week before your scheduled tour.
