Pass Types

Hard Copy Passes

Physical tickets don’t have expiration dates. The passes are mailed within 24 hours. Make an excellent choice if you don’t plan to use it right away.

SMS Text Passes

Digital passes are sent via text within 24 hours and remain valid for 7 days. If unused, a physical pass with no expiration will be mailed automatically. Your voucher will be marked “redeemed” after passes have been sent. This DOES NOT mean your passes have been used.

What is Paintball Promos and how does it work?

Paintball Promos offers discounted open-play paintball passes valid at over 80 parks across the US and Canada. Each pass includes admission, a rental paintball marker, protective mask, hopper, and safety briefing. Paintballs and air refills are not included and must be purchased at the field.

Can I use my pass the same day I buy it?

SMS passes may be used the same day depending on park policies. Physical passes take a few days to arrive but have no expiration date

What are the age requirements for playing paintball?

Players must be at least 10 years old. Those under 18 need a guardian-signed waiver.

Can I bring my own paintballs?

No, outside paint is not allowed. All paintballs must be purchased at the participating field.
