After your event is over, simply plug the phone into your computer and download all your messages before returning the phone.
Use the same box we shipped the phone in to return it — inside the box is a free return label.
We are the only audio guestbook service that values your privacy. That's why you are the only one who gets to hear all of your messages.
We recommend making a few backups on your computer in case you ever lose the memory card.

How To Request Your Phone

After you purchase your Groupon, simply contact us immediately so we can reserve your date.
Email us your voucher image with the code to: getaudioguestbook@gmail.com
Use Subject Line: Redeem My Voucher
We will then request your shipping address and event date, and add it to our automatic shipment system.
You won’t have to worry about anything else.

What To Do When You Receive The Phone

Simply remove the phone from the box.
If you would like to use it with our built-in cordless battery, charge it for at least three hours.
Otherwise, you're welcome to use our included power cord and plug it in at the venue.
Make sure you save the shipping box for the return.

When And How Do I Return The Phone?

Return the phone within 3 days after your event, after downloading messages from the phone via the included USB cable to a Mac or PC (super easy).
Inside the box, you will find a free return label.
Peel off the return label, place it over the old label, and drop it off at any UPS store.

Pro Tip 1: Prevent Accidental Recording

Make sure the phone is powered off during transport.
That way, if the phone accidentally falls off the hook in the box, it won't drain the battery or start recording.

Pro Tip 2: Assign a Trusted Friend

If it’s your special day, designate a trusted friend to be responsible for the phone and its packaging.
Make sure they bring the included power cable in case you or they forget to fully charge it.
You can always plug the phone into a wall outlet during the event.
Designate your friend to set it up and pack it up after the event.
Before returning, simply plug the included USB from the phone to your computer and download all of your messages.
