1. Anyone born after 01/01/1988 is required to have a NASBLA approved boater safety license. Florida boating laws require all boat operators born after Jan. 1, 1988, to get certified by completing a boater safety course. This certification is sometimes called a “Florida boating license”.

3. A Temporary Florida Boating Safety Education Identification Card is required ONLY for the Jet Ski driver if they were born on or after January 1, 1988.
4. Drivers born before January 1, 1988 do NOT require a Florida Boating License under Florida law.
5. This requirement applies only to the person operating the jet ski, not passengers.

• Passenger restriction: 8 years old or older ( under no circumstances kids can go in the front always riding in the back of the driver ).
• ADDITIONAL FEES WILL APPLY depending if 1 or 2 riders, passenger add-on, insurance, taxes, marina fee & service fees (ranging from $130 to $145).
