About PITFIT365

PITFIT365’s gym is called a box, and since this gym really isn't a gym, you won’t find any treadmills or elliptical machines. Rather, the box is packed with kettlbells, climbing ropes, giant tires, gymnastics rings, rowing machines, barbells, and plyometric boxes—all chosen for their ability to mimic functional movements and be tailored to challenge everyone equally. The trainers, who are called coaches, guide members through each exercise to ensure proper form is used, and mix and match exercises to create new workouts each day. In addition to standard CrossFit classes, the coaches lead sport-training sessions that focus on boosting performance in specific sports, from football to thumb wrestling.
