Appointment required. In order to receive a full refund, customers must cancel 24 hours prior to the start of the appointment. Please note that your redemption code must be included in your email for booking an appointment. Without redemption code, appointment cannot be scheduled. Groupon Validity: Groupon vouchers are not valid on Saturdays. Our spa is open every other day from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Booking Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice to book your appointment. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to show up for your appointment, your Groupon will be considered redeemed. The merchant do not accept Groupon vouchers on Valentines Day. Valid only for option purchased. Merchant's standard cancellation policy applies (any fees not to exceed Groupon price).
