What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
When we built the brewery, we made sure the taproom was a comfortable spot to discover new beer, enjoy some conversation and meet new friends, at a laid back, TV-free change of pace.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
That PUBLIC is a great place for beer geeks or beer newbies to unite over great conversation and great beer.
