This company is awful. They don’t respond when you try to make an appointment. Weeks later I finally got an appointment booked. Then they never responded when I tried to confirm the time before the appointment. Finally they did and said they weren’t showing up. So not worth the hassle, no matter how well the cleaners may be.

The clean itself was absolutely wonderful and very thorough. Getting it booked in the first place was more challenging! If you are not bothered about when the clean happens these people are for you. They cancelled on me at short notice for the first one, tried to turn up the next day with no notice and finally turned up an hour after the agreed time. Perhaps one to use if you are out of town.

They only had to do two levels and finished only one. My kitchen is a mess, the floor isn't mopped, and they didn't even vacuum the main level. Guess I paid a bucket load of money for 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bath.
Do not recommend.
