  • -Less than 24 hours notice is given before the service appointment = $49 Cancellation Fee
  • -Less than 48 hours notice of cancellation on ALL PACKAGES with two or more services, a $49 fee will be assessed for each service.
  • NO CALL/ NO SHOW appointments will be charged the FULL-SERVICE AMOUNT with NO EXCEPTIONS GIVEN.
  • Late arrivals will receive the best possible service in the remaining time allotted for their service; late arrivals more than 10 minutes for a 30- minute service, 20 minutes late for a 60- minute service and 40- minutes late for a 90- minute service will be asked to reschedule.
