Since 2013, this multidisciplinary approach with hands-on attention from trainers combines elements of mat and equipment Pilates, yoga, barre techniques, TRX suspension apparatuses, and more underneath the same roof. By fusing aspects of these approaches throughout its schedule of small group fitness classes, the studio creates opportunities where students of all abilities can focus on building strength, increasing stamina and metabolic conditioning, or improving flexibility. Additionally, personal trainers are available to teach patrons how to perfect their technique or give an honest opinion about their workout outfit.
