BOOKING POLICY: READ CAREFULLY

All appointments must be booked at least 48 hrs in advance. You must provide your Groupon redemption code to lock in your appointment. To reschedule, you MUST do so 24 hrs prior to your appointment. If you cancel your Groupon service LESS THAN 24 hrs prior to your appointment, you will lose the promotional value and the Groupon will be marked as redeemed. If you no-show, your Groupon service appointment, you will lose the promotional value and the Groupon will be marked as redeemed.

(Late arrivals: Please be advised, you have a 15 minute grace period before your appointment is cancelled. You will be considered a no show and your Groupon will also be marked as redeemed.)
