It wasn't what I expected it to be! She did not explain each step. I bought the Hyrdo Jelly Facial. She's very friendly, and for the most part the facial was ok. I give it 3 ***, because the mask portion covered my entire face, eyelids and mouth, giving me a total panic attack, claustrophobic feel leaving me in the dark. It was a struggle to stay calm, not a relaxing situation.
