Groupon vouchers are valid for booking Sunday through Friday only, based on availability, and limited weekend availability may apply. All Groupon clients must call or book in advance, as walk-ins are not guaranteed. Appointment times for Groupon services are limited and subject to therapist availability. A 10% deposit (based on the regular service price) is required to secure all Groupon appointments, and this deposit will be applied toward gratuity at the end of the service; clients may add additional gratuity if desired. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment will result in the Groupon being redeemed in full. The deposit will be refunded, but no rescheduling will be allowed under this circumstance. Expired Groupons do not lose their paid value; however, clients must pay the difference between the Groupon value and the current regular price to book, and no extensions will be granted once a Groupon has expired.
