About Shorty Small's

Shorty Small’s provide a mix of old and new. Their menu features the old charm of Southern-style comfort food, but they also manage to keep things fresh with modern dishes too. The full-service saloon brings the traditional and contemporary together with a full array of cocktails.

• Traditional items:

  • Jumpin’-off-the-bone-tender ribs: Shorty's signature ribs are served with seasoned fries, slaw, and sweet and tangy baked beans
  • Fried catfish: Crispy catfish is served with fries and slaw
  • Chicken fried steak: A generous portion of steak is hand-branded, topped with country gravy, and served alongside fries and slaw
  • Other items: mozzarella cheese sticks, Macho Nachos, and two-fisted burgers

• New items:

  • Tuscan farmhouse salad: Seasonal greens are tossed with veggies, smoked sausage, and Italian dressing and finished off with Roma tomatoes and grated mozzarella
  • Chicken salad croissant: Chunky bits of homestyle chicken salad are sandwiched in a buttery croissant and served with tossed salad
  • Chipotle chicken wrap: Grilled chicken tenders, veggies, and cheese are stuffed in a tomato-basil tortilla and topped with chipotle ranch dressing
