What’s standing between people and their fitness goals is often a lack of knowledge in terms of what to do and how to execute the moves efficiently. Personal training will provide you with the knowledge you need to maximize effectiveness through personalized programs in and outside of the session. The participants will work on strength and conditioning with resistance training, athletic movements to help the body burn more calories and a dash of HIIT to improve cardiovascular, metabolic and musculoskeletal fitness. A special focus on form and consistency through accountability along with a highly motivating coach will help participants stay on track on the way to their desired results.
