They charge my credit card 10 times over what was agreed upon. They said they would refund my money, but that hasn't happened. If you use them don't give them your credit card number! As for the window cleaning, they did a good job and showed up on time.

I would have given them a higher rating, as I was happy with the window cleaning. Unfortunately, I added screen cleaning for an additional cost and they broke 2 of my screens. (I had old screens and new screens. The broken screens were the new ones!) It's been a nightmare working with them to get the screens fixed. When you can get them on the phone, they will make promises they don't keep. (We'll refund the amount paid for screen cleaning; we'll pick them up to have our screen guy repair them - after multiple phone calls and a week of leaving them on my front porch for pickup, they finally picked them up; they have had them for 2 weeks and said I'd have them by Tues or Wed this week, it's now Friday) I've tried to call them yesterday & today and they're not answering or returning my call. I'm very disappointed.

Updating my post… service were done in June, was supposed to me bill for 100.00 for additional service. was billed 1000.00 and then the charged my CC again for 900.00. Total of 1900 for a 100.00 dollar charge. Received the credit for 900.00 regarding the 2 nd charge. But I am still being billed for the original 1000.00. Called, text and left messages. No one will respond. It’s now August 1st.

Updating my previous review, the company did call me back now and schedule an appointment.

Owen was courteous and did a good job on cleaning the windows, however, he didn't properly replace a few window screens and didn't inform me, which I discovered later. I should have had him remove all the screens first, so that I could have at least rinsed them off, as dirty screens were placed on clean windows.
