Holistic flow exercises can help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression by promoting relaxation and a sense of inner peace. They also help improve focus and concentration, which can lead to increased productivity and efficiency. And whilst not as physically demanding as HIIT and calisthenics they are much better at improving flexibility, balance, joints and range of motion.
This Holistic Fitness course has 72 lessons and videos and focuses on teaching the practice of 8 core holistic flow exercises that cover the basic range of exercises and movement combinations (flows) that are grounded in the 4 elements (Earth, Water, Air, and Fire).
