She only used 0.5mm needles, which can be done yourself at home with a $20 derma roller. She used a single needle to poke my deeper scars very painfully. I don't think that is a normal microneedling technique. I appreciated that she gave advice on my other skin issues and gave me a facial with actives, but behavior was unprofessional - she insulted my personal life decisions and background.
