If you are ineligible, a refund will be provided. All treatments must be redeemed at El Segundo location. Treatment areas cannot be altered or substituted under any circumstances. All treatments must be used one year from the activation date of the Groupon voucher. All Spade cancellations/policies apply. Must use all treatments on same areas originally chosen.
