Alanna was very knowledgeable and was able to determine after a short consultation exactly what muscles to target. I will definitely reschedule a follow up visit to keep me in shape for skating. The receptionist was helpful and acknowledged me as soon as I walked in. My appointment was at 10:15 and started on time.
