About Spring Yoga and Fitness
Rather than limit the studio's focus, Spring Yoga and Fitness impassioned instructors lead an eclectic assortment of yoga, kettlebells, TRX, Barre, and Fitness Fusion classes that emphasize physical strength and endurance while reinforcing a mind-body connection. The wide variety of classes work to challenge the body and force it to improve and adapt. Yoga classes emphasize the importance of thoughtful movements and introspective self-control and kettlebell and TRX classes challenge and improve the body’s strength, efficiency, and endurance—while Core Barre elongates and strengthens the body, helping give it graceful definition.
