About Springbrook Hollow Farm Distillery
Springbrook Hollow Farm Distillery was founded by Mike Forcier, Dave Bannon, Tony DeSantis, and Ken Rohne; four men very passionate about whiskey distillation and dedicated to crafting their own products. The owner aims to use local grains. All handmade bottles are labeled in a renovated horse barn which is located on 200 acres of land with a breathtaking view of French Mountain Hiking Trail and offers outdoor seating to relax and enjoy the stunning landscape. The place also offers to its visitors one of a kind display of wooden pipelines that delivered the precious water to the farmers—Springbrook Hollow has been a source of water for centuries. Thanks to this clean and unprocessed water, the flavor of the spirits offered in the distillery cannot be replicated.
