From scheduling to finishing and walking out the door, Karen was excellent! I spoke with Renata to schedule, it was on the calendar within a week (at my request), confirmed a number of times and truly A+ from start to finish. Highly professional, worked very hard on a bit of a neglected house, and was so pleasant, kind, detailed, and really helped with everything I asked for. HIGHLY recommend! A++
