Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
Sweat Cardio and Yoga is not your average gym. We have excellent instructors who genuinely care about every student, friendly staff who are always informative and ready to help, and wonderful members who create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Coming in for your daily workout doesn't become a chore that you start to push to the side, but the part of your day you look forward to. With so many options and classes it's impossible to become bored, and we're always adding the hottest new fitness classes to keep Sweat Cardio exciting and fun.
What's the most radical physical transformation you've seen a client make?
We are incredibly lucky to have seen so many physical and mental transformations in our clients. From members who have never been able to stick to a fitness routine, who now come in almost everyday, to clients who have lost over 100 pounds. If you've been looking for something to help you achieve your fitness goals, Sweat Cardio is the place to be.
Sweating to the oldies is acceptable, but sweating to the blues less so. Do you find that certain styles and genres of music generate more intense workouts?
Our instructors handpick their music to get you "in the zone." From high energy cardio mixes and top 40's dance music to soothing instrumental, each class has a soundtrack to motivate you, help you focus, or just make your workout more enjoyable.
