What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? I'm a great fit for any client as I’ve trained with professional body builders, power lifters and numerous exercise enthusiasts. I’m tired of seeing people spend countless hours at the gym and getting little to no results. My goal is to give people a jumpstart to feel better they ever have- about themself!
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? I like to find out their "problem areas" and structure routines that help battle those areas- then continuously remind them that those "problems" are a work in progress!!
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? I was a runner for 25 years with little to no change in how I looked. It wasn’t until I studied nutrition, exercise, strength training and the human body that I realized the importance of the combination of all of them. My very first client was MYSELF!
What do you love most about your job? SEEING PEOPLE SWEAT!!
