The deposit will be refunded when your Groupon is redeemed. All of our salon policies apply to groupon appointments including our cancellation policy. If cancelled within 24 hours or no show your appointment you will be charged 50% of scheduled service or LOSE THE DEPOSIT. All appointments including groupons only include a set amount of product, therefore any extra services or products needed will be charged accordingly. We have a 15 minute late policy and do not allow guests to your appointment as we are a smaller private studio.
