Believing that the root of any ailment is as—if not more–important than its symptoms, Michele uses acupuncture to help clients overcome ailments as diverse as joint pain, headaches, and depression. Michele is also a certified herbologist and practitioner of reflexology and tuina, and she uses all of these methods to help her clients achieve balance and whole-body health. The Gathering Point is able to offer a sliding scale fee for its clients because of its community setting. This means that treatments take place in one big room with a row of comfortable beds, though consultations occur in private rooms so clients can feel comfortable discussing their issues.
