It is recommended to avoid alcohol (and ideally caffeine and nicotine) for 24-48 hours after treatment. Clients should also avoid heavy meals (especially dairy and fried foods) and intense workouts for 24-48 hours to maximize the body's clearing efficiency.

A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. For the first appointment, cancellations with less than 24-hours notice incur a 30 fee, while no-shows result in a 70 fee and the forfeiture of one session.
