Fine Print
- Appointments should be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled, and cancellation fees may apply. After-hours appointments incur a $45 fee. Adjustment requests must be made within 5 days of the appointment.
