I only waited 55 minutes and it was ready. Nice to be able to sit outside and they offered lots of snacks. Everyone was very polite, efficient, and working hard. They made it very easy!

Decent service, vacuumed and washed/waxed in excellent detail. Upholstery was minimally cleaned, I’ll need to use some touch up interior cleaner and scrub to get it up to par

I bought the Express Combo Detail which values at $144.95.. When I received my car back after 2 hours of waiting my inside console area was still visibly dirty, and there were streaks on my windows.
I pointed out the grime to the employees (I literally took a napkin and wiped a section to to show them the dirt that was still very present) - they very willingly offered to go over that section again... unfortunately, still was not impressed with the final result.
I have come to this car wash in the past and never had any issues, but I was disappointed with this experience.

Before the water from Tower Car Wash's car wash sessions can be released into the sewer system, onsite reclaim system prevents the oils and solids from going to the sewer system in order to protect the environment. This is just one way in which the staff at Tower Car Wash, which has been serving the Bay Area since 1996, protects the world around them. To protect automotive paint jobs, though, they perform every car wash by hand and we encourage students from our schools to work with the us in place of winning bumper stickers. We have a number of air fresheners, the latest tire dressing, carpet shampoo, and waxes to protect rides and leave them gleaming. While customers wait for their cars to emerge from wash or detail sessions, they sip hot coffee and slice into crepes and sandwiches at the adjoining cafe.
