TzoneOC Fitness-Pilates offers group HIIT classes, Core Classes, Booty Burn Classes, and personal training. Group Pilates will begin October 1st. They are located in Costa Mesa and serve the surrounding area residents who are looking for a unique combination of fitness classes to achieve their fitness goals at an affordable price.
TzoneOC Fitness-Pilates is owned and operated by Sean Canova, who has over 30 years of experience as a fitness and health professional with a background in mixed martial arts. Sean and his team create functional exercise programs that are challenging and highly effective. Class sizes are small to give students maximum attention and motivation. The goal is to keep group classes interesting, challenging, motivating, and most importantly, fun. The fast-paced classes incorporate body-weight exercises such as pull-ups and squats, as well as boxing and kicking maneuvers.
TzoneOC Fitness-Pilates is a committed group of experienced and educated trainers who walk with you on your fitness and wellness journey. They understand the struggle to lose weight, gain strength and improve overall fitness in order to achieve an active and healthy lifestyle. TzoneOC’s fitness trainers are trained to listen, understand and communicate openly with every client. Regular group classes allow the trainers to track progress, make adjustments, and keep our clients moving towards their optimal health and fitness goals.
