Mouse and Rat Proofing is for 1 floor residential up to 1,000 ft with regular amount of holes. If it takes more than 3 hours (almost never does) of work an additional $200 will be charged per hour of work.

Bedbug Treatment for 2 rooms. Each additional room is $250. Offer is for residential only.

Cockroach & waterbug treatment is for Roaches and water bugs only. Any other insects will be an additional charge.

Mosquito protection spray is for around the perimeter of your property and form an invisible barrier to control the number of mosquitoes and ticks. Weather permitting.

We reserve the right to cancel or deny service treatment to any and all packages bought. Should this occur, a refund will be applied. Somtimes pest issues are (out of control) and require beyond what these packages were intended for. An appointment must be made in order to receive package treatment. We will try to accommodate everyone. After hours, are an additional charge.
