To prepare for the appointment, clients are advised to shave or wax and exfoliate with an oil-free body scrub and washcloth 24 hours prior. On the day of the appointment, a basic shower should be taken, and no lotion, creams, oils, or perfume should be applied; deodorant should be used sparingly. For the appointment, dark-colored, loose-fitting clothing and open-toe sandals are recommended.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a 50% service charge and will require a new deposit. No-shows will not be permitted to book future appointments. All deposits are non-refundable, under any circumstances. For safety and liability reasons, no guests or children are allowed. No foreign fills will be accepted. Any fill after 3 weeks or less than 40% retention will be considered a full set. Please arrive without eye makeup or contact lenses. Please do not book if you have eye infections, recent eye surgery, active styes, severe irritation, or sensitivity to cyanoacrylate (lash adhesive ingredient).
