Clients are requested to reschedule or cancel their appointment at least two (2) days prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will incur a charge of 25% of the full service price. Cancellations made on the same calendar day as the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the full service price. Failure to attend the scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a No-Show. In such cases, the client will be charged 100% of the full service price. Consultation required before service. If you are ineligible, a refund will be provided. Not valid with other offers or promotions. May be repurchased every 90 days.
