I went to a lunch time body conditioning class. The facility is clean and simple with nice staff. Class was not cramped but it was at lunch time on a week day. Highly recommend!

Very nice studio. Lots of free amenities. The yoga was great and followed with a nice cold lavender scented cloth was perfect!
