YogaFaith is derived from Bhatki Yoga, a journey of devotion. This is a practice of true wholeness: mind, body, spirit, and soul, where one will see true transformation as they deepen their knowledge of yoga and connect with God.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Once students see and feel the benefits of YogaFaith, there is nothing that can keep them from their yoga mat.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
To invite people to create space and time for stillness. Our world is loud and chaotic. Stillness is vital to our sanity.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing, with my very own eyes, this amazing transformation and confidence that emerges from trainees, students, and practitioners.
