It includes a detailed consultation, full-body warm-up, targeted deep work on 1–2 problem areas, stretching and mobility techniques, detailed attention to smaller muscle groups (hands, feet, scalp, jaw), and an extended relaxation phase.   120-Minute Customized Massage: Offering the most comprehensive care, this 2-hour session provides progressive, layered work for significant reduction in chronic tension, improved posture, and a deep nervous system reset.
