I had the 60 min facial and massage. The massage lasted 30 min and it was decent. After the massage, the lady transferred me to a different room for the facial. I had to wait 15 min for the room to be clear because the person inside the room prior was getting waxed. The facial itself was 15-20 min and felt rushed.
