Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our clients love ZeSa because there are always new and exciting ways to incorporate Activators into their existing fitness routine. No matter what level of Activator you use, ZeSa will always be able to help you bring your workout to the next level.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
ZeSa was created by local fitness trainer Shanti Rainey. While working with clients he found that utilizing instability helps to activate muscle groups that are impossible to target when working on the floor. He created the Activators with a vision to provide lasting physical wellness for all.

What do you love most about your job?
I love working for ZeSa because it is a company founded by Shanti Rainey, a truly passionate and giving individual. ZeSa not only focuses on physical fitness, but on total wellness. I get paid to work out and help others be healthy - what could be better!
