There were only 2 minor scuffs on the case when I got my MacBook, one on the edge of the lid and one on the bottom. It powered right up as soon as I connected the adapter and configured itself within minutes. If I had to find a complaint, the battery only had 1% charge out of the box. Not exactly a deal-breaker. All in all, I’m quite satisfied with my purchase.

I’m very impressed with the quality. The scratches are small and on the bottom of the laptop where no one can see. The Mac is working excellently and very fast. This was a great buy!

This computer is all I expected it to be. After setting it up it came on right away. No problems. This was a great buy. The previous week I had visited our local Best Buy and they had and open box Mac Pro similar to the one I purchase a little more bells and whistles it was selling for $2356.00 before taxes. I saved over &1800 purchasing from Groupon.

It's beautiful. 99.99% perfect other than the tiniest dent that I didn't even notice until I saw it in sunlight. There is not a scratch on the machine and it works perfectly. So pleased -- what a great deal!
