Fonduta di Cioccolato Piccante

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/2 bar of good dark chocolate (2oz. or 50 grams)
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon coffee
  • 2 cloves

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan over low heat combine cream, cinnamon, red pepper, cloves, and vanilla.
  2. Let ingredients steep for 5 minutes, don't let the mixture boil. Remove from heat; stir in half of the chocolate until it's melted, then the second half. Transfer to small serving bowl.
  3. Arrange the cookies, banana and marshmallows on a serving plate. Serve with the bowl of chocolate fondue.
