In a small saucepan over low heat combine cream, cinnamon, red pepper, cloves, and vanilla.
Let ingredients steep for 5 minutes, don't let the mixture boil. Remove from heat; stir in half of the chocolate until it's melted, then the second half. Transfer to small serving bowl.
Arrange the cookies, banana and marshmallows on a serving plate. Serve with the bowl of chocolate fondue.
