Wonderful warm caring teacher, small classes, you get lots of attention. She doesn't want you to wear regular shoes. The music is great and she moves in amazing ways. She teaches you how, step by step. It's the Egyptian style, nothing on the floor, not strenuous and easy on knees. Women only! Highly recommended!!!
