I recommend this class.. very nice instructor.. the schedule sometimes was not convenient for me, but other than that I liked everything.. highly recommend

if you are a looking for a pure kickboxing classes this is not the place the kickboxing class I went to at 530 is not pure kickboxing...The class runs itself most of the time with not instruction...he changes the style of the class based on what day it is....It run over late and starts late....and the kickboxing does really happen til the last 15 mins of classes.
