The variety of exercises and strength training is great, the instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful and the class times offered are easy to work into my schedule. My only suggestion would be adding a late morning Saturday class. Otherwise, really enjoying my experience at Ellipse in Allouez.

The only thing I did not like is leaving my personal belongings on a "bench". Prefer to lock it up. Next time I go I will leave my purse in the car.
