This is one of the rare non-heated yoga studios in metro-Detroit which is still challenging/ strenuous, and emphasizes alignment.

Nice studio. I've only been to one class and it seems like they attract little bit of an older group of students that are looking for a less physical practice but I'm looking forward to try some more classes to see if I would buy any of their class packages

Super sweet and friendly staff who will answer any question you have. The prenatal class is amazing and they also offer a partner prenatal class for your significant other to join and learn techniques to help you during pregnancy and birth!
