Aaron was A-mazing! Today was my first day and whilst the workout was challenging I didn’t feel overwhelmed. He recognized when it was moving from challenging and reduced my reps. I have done CF before but I will freely admit that I felt like family on day one and am excited to see the results I will get within the month!

Everybody was warm and welcoming. I'm incredibly out of shape and move very slowly. Everybody was very helpful and motivating!

Nice small class size with knowledgeable instructors. I have only taken the F.I.T fusion class which was a fun high pace wirkout

Had my first work out today and really enjoyed it. Had tried another gym previously and much preferred CrossFit Phenom. Plenty of space, helpful coach, and good workout!

I haven't exercised in a very long time. The instructors modified everything for me. They really want me to succeed.
