I was cut TWICE on my left ear & it wasn't even acknowledged - I left with two large blood spots on the back of my ear. The girl dropped her cb on the floor, picked it up and went right back to using it on my hair! The overall cut was awful - it was nothing like the picture I showed her. The hair color was golden orange instead of light brown. Nothing was good at all! And nobody seemed to care that I wasn't happy! You don't cut someone's ear twice, use a dirt comb on them and them still expect them to pay!!!!
