I haven’t worked out in a while, so I was very nervous about going a group fitness class. Everyone was very welcoming and I did not feel out of place. I enjoyed the small classes, and the instructors really were able to show me how to properly do each move. I can’t wait to go back! This was a great purchase! Highly recommend!
