Super fun time. Great atmosphere, awesome teachers, and fun students. Felt sexy and was such a kick ads work out. Could almost see results when I got home. A little sore today but well worth it. I just wish they were open every day

It's fun! You can go solo or go with a group of friends. Great workout. Can't wait for the next class.

Dress in a tank top and comfy shorts. Be ready to be sore, but you can do this no matter what your skill level is.
